Achara Vet Brand Strategy & Website

Overview

Achara Vet was a new company that was started by experienced veterinarians. They created the company to solve a huge problem in the vet industry. Most small clinics were being bought up by large conglomerates and with that, the quality of life and health of many vets were declining. Achara Vet was formed to not only provide world-class vet services to animals but also provide a healthy and rewarding environment for the veterinarians.

Services

- Brand strategy
- Brand messaging
- Visual identity
- Content strategy
- Website layout and design

Phase 1: Strategy Foundation

After a comprehensive workshop and my own research, I established three points of brand attributes that we needed to communicate through a visual identity. These attributes reflected the value that they offered both employees and their target audience. They are the building blocks to visually communicate the core essence of the brand.

Phase 2: Visual Identity Concepting

With the look and feel solidified, it was time to create concepts for visual identity directions. Each direction was designed to meet all of the guidelines set in the strategy phase, but also provide very different interpretations.

Phase 3: Visual Identity Edits

After receiving feedback from the team, I honed in the concepts for what the client was looking for and presented the research behind every decision made. Showing the strategy and critical thinking that went into the process helped the client realize what road they wanted to go down.

Phase 4: Visual Identity Finalization

After much deliberation, the client made the approval for the final version of the visual identity. I mocked up all relevant and important elements like official logo, colors and typography. I then showed how these elements would be used in different situations when combined with each other.
